Growth Manager

At Digital Girl Africa, we are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team and help our client achieve rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with growth hacking, marketing, and product development.


He or she will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, developing marketing  and other various digital to drive user acquisition and engagement, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. The Growth Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, and for reporting on progress to the executive team

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on growth plans that will increase leads, conversions, and revenue for clients.

  • Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize campaigns and strategies accordingly.

  • Create and manage budgets for all growth initiatives.

  • Plan and oversee all paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising.

  • Manage relationships with clients.

  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure progress against goals and objectives for all growth initiatives.

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on progress against goals.

  • Present findings and recommendations to executive team on a regular basis.

  • Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and best practices related to growth hacking and digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification in business, marketing, or related field.

  • 1+ years experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, product management, or a similar role.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
